The proximity to the small Fare Maheata beach was a highlight, making it easy to enjoy some relaxing time by the water. Exploring the nearby Afareaitu Waterfalls was a thrilling experience, and having a covered area overlooking the ocean added to the charm of the stay. Our bungalow was functional with a queen-sized bed, bunk beds, and a kitchenette, which was quite handy for budget-conscious travelers like us.

The host was incredibly kind and funny, making our lunch experience truly enjoyable.
The restaurant was closed during our stay due to staff days off, which limited dining options on-site.

this place could’vebeen wonderful, but i was met with the absolute chaos of only two working toilets. imagine waiting in line. breakfast? a sad display of fruit—no jams or anything fruity. i almost gave a good review, but then the air conditioning broke. talk about needing care. how hard would itve been to compensate me for that?

Ideal spot for budget family fun
We enjoyed our time together in a cozy bungalow that had a queen bed and bunk beds, lots of space for the three of us. The beach right next to our place was fantastic! We even got to chat with the friendly owners who shared stories about the stingrays that came to visit every day. It felt like home, really!

The dormitory was surprisingly comfortable, making for restful nights despite the warm evenings. Access to kayaks provided an enjoyable way to explore the nearby waters, and the beach sunsets offered stunning views. However, the limited dining options were disappointing, as I had hoped for more variety on-site, and the restaurant's scheduled days off restricted available meal times. A vehicle is necessary to reach grocery stores or ATMs, which added inconvenience.

We had an amazing time at this cozy little spot! The bungalow was spacious enough for our family of six, with the kids loving the close beach access. We specially enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff about the local wildlife.
My kids wished for more dining options on-site.

will certainly stay here again.
We had a pleasant stay in a Studio with a kitchenette and fridge. The air conditioning was a lifesaver! There’s a nice dining area, and we enjoyed breakfast on the little beach. The private beach was lovely, and the location near the Hilton was super handy. Great experience!
